Authentic ancient Chinese, Han Dynasty (B.C 206-220 A.D.) bronze crossbow mechanism, finely and heavily cast, the top overlaid in gold.
CONDITION: Well preserved considering its age, showing age and usage with a beautiful mottled green patina and earth encrustation. Absence of trigger and one pin, gold overlaid partly worn.
MEASUREMENTS: Overall length: 10.5 cm (4 1/8 in). Height, max. 9.5 cm (3 3/4 in).
