112 yr Old School

112 yr old school for sale. This includes the building, nearly all the contents (except for a few exclusions), and the land that it sits on. The front (2 story) section has a new roof as of last summer, we did put new sheeting down first. Last fall we had a bad windstorm and lots most of the shingles on the back that have not been replaced yet. The last time I checked it was zoned residential. It does NOT have a gym. It is all divided into classrooms and  a cafeteria. It has 2 sets of bathrooms. Most of the floors have collapsed. The outside structure seems very sound. It will require a total gut job. All utilities have not been used in nearly 40 years. There is newer electrical service to the building but there is only 2 new outlets and 2 newer light fixtures inside. The previous owner used it for storage. There is a ton of junk/antiques/garbage inside the building. This is located about 15 to 22 min. south of Fargo, ND in Comstock, Mn.
